Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, or related fields, with postgraduate studies preferred.
  • Strong experience in B2B sales or commercial account management roles.
  • Proven experience in negotiating complex solutions in telecom, IT services, or digital technology environments.
  • Knowledge of solutions such as connectivity, fixed/mobile services, cloud, IoT, cybersecurity, and related technologies.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with ability to understand client needs and develop value-based proposals.
  • Experience managing large corporate or government accounts is highly desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts with strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Results-driven mindset with focus on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and expand a portfolio of high-value corporate and government accounts, ensuring long-term relationship development and revenue growth.
  • Prospect new strategic clients from pre-qualified leads and develop tailored commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Define and execute commercial strategies for both existing clients and new prospects to maximize revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across client organizations.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across telecom, connectivity, cloud, IoT, security, and digital solutions.
  • Monitor client portfolio performance, including revenue, churn, and service quality indicators, ensuring proactive account management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as pre-sales, marketing, and post-sales to ensure end-to-end client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and updated information on CRM systems to support forecasting and commercial planning.
