Requirements

  • Proven experience in commercial roles within telecommunications, preferably with ISPs or network infrastructure providers.
  • Strong background in B2B sales of technology, networking, or connectivity solutions.
  • Hunter and farmer profile with excellent prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid understanding of telecom products, network solutions, and customer technical requirements.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagement and business development.
  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities within ISPs, integrators, and regional telecom operators.
  • Manage the full client relationship lifecycle, from prospecting and negotiation to post-sales follow-up and account management.
  • Identify customer needs and propose tailored networking and connectivity solutions including switches, GPON, DWDM, and Wi-Fi.
  • Monitor sales pipeline performance to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.
  • Collaborate with internal engineering, technical support, and marketing teams to ensure solution delivery.
  • Maintain strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
