Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial roles within telecommunications, preferably with ISPs or network infrastructure providers.
- Strong background in B2B sales of technology, networking, or connectivity solutions.
- Hunter and farmer profile with excellent prospecting, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Solid understanding of telecom products, network solutions, and customer technical requirements.
- Willingness to travel for client engagement and business development.
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities within ISPs, integrators, and regional telecom operators.
- Manage the full client relationship lifecycle, from prospecting and negotiation to post-sales follow-up and account management.
- Identify customer needs and propose tailored networking and connectivity solutions including switches, GPON, DWDM, and Wi-Fi.
- Monitor sales pipeline performance to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal engineering, technical support, and marketing teams to ensure solution delivery.
- Maintain strategic relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
