Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in business development, outside sales, listings, or digital media services.
  • Experience within a SaaS or advertising environment.
  • Proven background selling into the residential real estate or new home construction industry.
  • Experience engaging with VP- and Director-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, CMS systems, data integrations, and lead management workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle including needs analysis, negotiation, and closing.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Adaptability to new technologies and fast-changing environments.
  • Strong hunter mentality and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business development efforts by selling listings, advertising, and digital solutions to homebuilders and developers.
  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through regular outreach, scheduled meetings, CRM tracking, and consistent follow-ups.
  • Conduct virtual and in-person product presentations and demos for senior-level stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and data specialists to strengthen client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to support brand visibility.
