Requirements

  • Proven track record of generating revenue and closing complex deals in competitive markets.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy, pipeline management, and account development.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking with a results-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders and organizational levels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across assigned markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to expand business opportunities.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities while managing a consistent and healthy pipeline.
  • Present tailored solutions to clients, including proposals, pricing, and value-driven recommendations.
  • Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Represent the organization professionally in client meetings, industry discussions, and networking events.
