Requirements
- 3–10+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within travel, technology, or service-based industries.
- Proven track record of generating revenue and closing complex deals in competitive markets.
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, pipeline management, and account development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic thinking with a results-oriented and customer-focused mindset.
- Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience preferred.
- Ability to build strong relationships across diverse stakeholders and organizational levels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth across assigned markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to expand business opportunities.
- Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities while managing a consistent and healthy pipeline.
- Present tailored solutions to clients, including proposals, pricing, and value-driven recommendations.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and client interactions using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities.
- Represent the organization professionally in client meetings, industry discussions, and networking events.
