  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Data Protection, Cyber Resilience, or related enterprise technology markets.
  • At least 3+ years of sales leadership experience in enterprise software or complex technology environments.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving regional revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of hybrid cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity principles, and data protection technologies.
  • Experience selling to enterprise customers across multiple industries and complex organizational structures.
  • Strong ability to lead consultative, value-based sales processes (MEDDICC or similar methodologies preferred).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills in matrixed environments.
  • Established network within channel, VAR, reseller, or managed service provider ecosystems is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Lead regional strategy and execution to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets across data protection and cyber resilience solutions.
  • Manage, coach, and scale a team of specialist account executives through regular performance reviews, deal support, and field engagement.
  • Drive pipeline development, forecast accuracy, and sales execution using data-driven insights and CRM tools such as Salesforce.
  • Engage directly in strategic enterprise deals, supporting negotiations and ensuring strong technical and commercial value articulation.
  • Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, VARs, resellers, and alliance ecosystems to expand market reach.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align resources, improve deal outcomes, and strengthen customer engagement strategies.
  • Travel extensively within the region to support field teams and engage with key strategic accounts.
