Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in inside sales or remote sales roles, primarily conducted via phone, email, chat, or video conferencing.
- Proven track record of developing new business and managing sales pipelines in a high-volume, target-driven environment.
- Experience selling diagnostic, life sciences, healthcare, or technical products is strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to execute sales strategies, identify opportunities, and convert leads into revenue.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills in a consultative sales setting.
- Comfortable working independently while coordinating closely with field sales and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools to manage performance and forecasting.
- Candidates based in MST or PST time zones are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close sales opportunities for diagnostic product lines through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Manage a robust sales pipeline using CRM and sales tools to track, prioritize, and convert leads efficiently.
- Collaborate with field-based veterinary consultants to align on territory strategy, customer development plans, and opportunity prioritization.
- Drive adoption, utilization, and conversion of diagnostic solutions through consultative selling and customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts within the assigned territory.
- Deliver product education and support customer understanding to ensure successful implementation and ongoing usage.
- Consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while representing the brand in all customer interactions.
