Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in strategy consulting, product operations, technical program management, business operations, or a related strategic role.
  • Proven success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, fintech, or similar technology environments.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, software engineering organizations, and go-to-market processes.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and executive presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex business challenges.
  • Experience developing operational frameworks, planning processes, OKRs, KPI dashboards, and performance reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, build alignment across multiple teams, and drive execution without direct authority.
  • Familiarity with AI, machine learning initiatives, or data platform projects is an asset.
  • PMP, CSM, or similar project management certifications are considered a plus.
  • Highly collaborative, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with executive leadership to define strategic priorities, drive quarterly planning, and translate business goals into actionable product and engineering initiatives.
  • Lead the operational cadence of the product and engineering organization, including planning cycles, leadership reviews, KPI tracking, retrospectives, and executive reporting.
  • Develop and improve execution frameworks that strengthen prioritization, dependency management, risk visibility, and organizational accountability.
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across product, engineering, go-to-market, customer success, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution and successful product launches.
  • Prepare executive and board-level presentations by synthesizing complex information into clear, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Design and maintain dashboards, roadmaps, operational processes, and reporting tools that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Champion a culture of operational excellence, clarity, collaboration, and continuous optimization across the organization.
