Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in user acquisition for mobile apps, with proven results on Meta (Facebook Ads) and TikTok Ads
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics, unit economics, and mobile growth funnels
  • Experience working with mobile measurement partners (MMPs), especially AppsFlyer
  • Knowledge of SKAdNetwork principles
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies
  • Strong testing mindset with experience in A/B testing creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
  • Fluent in Russian and English (minimum B1+ level in English)

Responsibilities

  • Launch, manage, and optimize paid user acquisition campaigns, primarily on Meta (Facebook Ads) and TikTok Ads
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using attribution and analytics tools such as AppsFlyer and internal BI systems
  • Scale acquisition channels while maintaining target CPA and LTV thresholds, continuously improving key performance metrics
  • Test and iterate on new creative concepts, audience segments, and ad formats to improve campaign effectiveness
  • Conduct deep performance analysis to understand funnel behavior, unit economics, and profitability drivers
  • Collaborate with creative and analytics teams to refine targeting strategies and improve overall campaign ROI
