Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager in a software or product-led organization.
- Strong ability to write and manage detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria in Agile environments.
- Solid understanding of software engineering concepts such as system design, scalability, APIs, and architecture principles.
- Ability to participate in technical discussions with engineering teams, including design and architecture considerations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform product decisions.
- Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams using frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing requirements, priorities, and business needs.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into detailed technical user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities are aligned with roadmap goals and business needs.
- Guide sprint execution by participating in Agile ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, grooming, and retrospectives.
- Work with technical teams to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with architectural standards.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges early, and support mitigation strategies to ensure smooth execution.
- Support product decision-making through data analysis, metrics evaluation, and performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and customer-facing functions to ensure successful delivery.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across product and engineering teams.
