Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with strong focus on performance marketing and conversion-driven funnels.
  • Proven experience managing media buying operations and leading or mentoring media buying teams.
  • Hands-on expertise with paid traffic platforms such as YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, build insights, and drive decisions based on performance metrics.
  • Experience working with funnel optimization, CRO principles, and scaling acquisition systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients or projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills for client interaction, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience with webinar or coaching funnels is a strong plus.
  • High intellectual curiosity and proactive problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage large-scale paid media campaigns across platforms such as YouTube, Meta, TikTok, Google Search, and Display, ensuring performance optimization and scalable growth.
  • Develop forecasting models and scenario planning to achieve revenue, ROAS, and profit targets across multiple client accounts.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, optimization opportunities, and creative or funnel improvements.
  • Own funnel strategy analysis, identifying conversion bottlenecks and opportunities to improve performance across landing pages and sales journeys.
  • Drive creative strategy in collaboration with content teams, contributing insights for new ad angles, messaging, and campaign concepts.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to inform strategic decisions and identify winning approaches within each niche.
  • Manage client communication, reporting, and performance updates while ensuring alignment on KPIs and growth targets.
