Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in trust and safety, compliance, regulatory review, or related moderation environments preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately assess content that may include sensitive, harmful, or misleading material.
- Basic understanding of content moderation workflows, tools, and community guidelines.
- Awareness of cultural nuances and their impact on interpreting online content across global audiences.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly document decisions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, structured, and performance-driven environment.
- Comfortable working with content that may include sensitive or explicit themes in line with platform policies.
Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies, safety standards, and community guidelines.
- Identify, assess, and report content that violates rules, including harmful, misleading, or inappropriate material.
- Apply moderation guidelines consistently to ensure fair, accurate, and objective decision-making across all cases.
- Meet defined accuracy and productivity targets while maintaining high-quality review standards.
- Escalate complex, ambiguous, or sensitive cases to senior moderators or policy teams when required.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling user data and sensitive content.
- Follow established workflows and moderation tools to ensure operational consistency and efficiency.
