Requirements
- At least 2 years of quality assurance experience, preferably in US healthcare or mental health services.
- Excellent English language proficiency in written and spoken forms.
- Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong analytical, data-gathering, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing industry policies and procedures.
- Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent and at least 4GB RAM (8GB recommended).
- Reliable internet connection with at least 10Mbps speed.
- Prior experience working remotely or in a BPO company is preferred.
- Coaching experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of all documentation completed daily prior to client appointments.
- Review and audit patient records such as LOCUS/CASII, treatment plans, and progress notes for completeness and compliance.
- Identify incomplete or inaccurate documentation and coordinate with staff to resolve issues.
- Contribute to the development of quality assurance processes for various teams.
- Lead or support coaching and training programs for newly hired therapists regarding documentation QA.
