Requirements

  • At least 2 years of quality assurance experience, preferably in US healthcare or mental health services.
  • Excellent English language proficiency in written and spoken forms.
  • Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong analytical, data-gathering, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing industry policies and procedures.
  • Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent and at least 4GB RAM (8GB recommended).
  • Reliable internet connection with at least 10Mbps speed.
  • Prior experience working remotely or in a BPO company is preferred.
  • Coaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of all documentation completed daily prior to client appointments.
  • Review and audit patient records such as LOCUS/CASII, treatment plans, and progress notes for completeness and compliance.
  • Identify incomplete or inaccurate documentation and coordinate with staff to resolve issues.
  • Contribute to the development of quality assurance processes for various teams.
  • Lead or support coaching and training programs for newly hired therapists regarding documentation QA.
