Requirements
- Extensive experience in backend languages such as Java, Go, or Python.
- Track record of building complex, distributed systems.
- Practical, hands-on experience deploying machine learning models in production.
- Experience building with LLMs, including LangChain, RAG architectures, or model fine-tuning.
- Experience integrating with complex enterprise software, particularly custom quoting engines or Salesforce.
- Ability to design event-driven architectures and manage data flow across disparate systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Responsibilities
- Architect and code high-performance backend services and ML pipelines.
- Build and prototype 0-to-1 internal products leveraging LLMs and Agentic AI.
- Design and implement ML models for real-time sales recommendations.
- Develop backend integrations between custom quoting engines, Salesforce, and data lakes.
- Solve complex synchronization and architectural challenges across the GTM stack.
- Drive engineering excellence through code reviews and mentoring SE1-SE3 engineers.
- Build observable services to ensure reliability of internal tools.
