- Familiarity with security frameworks including NIST, Fedramp, and CMMC.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and operate with a strong bias for action.
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex challenges.
- Experience thinking at scale to connect execution to global mission goals.
- Resilience and adaptability in high-pressure situations.
Responsibilities
- Drive maturity across Insider Risk, Data Protection/DLP, AI Security, and Federal Security domains.
- Lead a high-performing team of analysts and engineers.
- Drive a strategy for future programs and security investments.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams across security and Zscaler.
- Develop threat scenarios and associated risks.
- Run functional programs and develop and configure security controls.
