Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in event planning and execution.
- Hands-on experience running conferences, product launches, or activations with large audiences.
- Based in the US with ability to lead high-stakes, complex events on the ground.
- Demonstrated detail-oriented skills in run-of-show documentation, vendor management, and logistics.
- Strong understanding of commercial awareness and the ability to connect events to pipeline and ROI.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and developer relations.
- Experience designing experiences that resonate with technical audiences like engineers and CTOs.
- Proven track record of delivering complex events on time and on budget with contingency planning.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Comfortable working within an ambiguous, fast-moving, early-stage environment.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of events including budget, booth design, swag, A/V, on-site operations, and run-of-show.
- Align event strategy with go-to-market and partnerships to generate pipeline and commercial impact.
- Design experiences for activation events to drive developer engagement, model usage, and token consumption.
- Brief and prepare internal team members for event attendance to ensure professional execution.
- Manage external agencies, production partners, and vendors while ensuring high standards.
- Track spend, reconcile invoices, and analyze ROI data to inform future investment decisions.
- Define and measure KPIs for reach, engagement, pipeline, and brand lift to improve subsequent events.
