Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience building backend systems in production.
- Strong proficiency in Go including concurrency, channels, and performance.
- Strong proficiency in async Python using FastAPI, Pydantic, and asyncio.
- Experience designing APIs and data models.
- Proven experience building and shipping LLM features in production including agents, tool/function calling, evals, and MCP.
- Experience building distributed systems with clean, scalable code.
- Ability to drive end-to-end technical initiatives.
- Experience working in a high-ownership, fast-moving, remote-first environment.
- Strong technical communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate AI agents and develop tool execution and streaming APIs for Noz.
- Develop the SigNoz MCP server to expose observability data to LLM agents.
- Architect agent backend infrastructure including long-running execution and streaming over SSE.
- Implement session state management and secure tool calling protocols.
- Build LLM/GenAI observability features using OpenTelemetry.
- Drive technical initiatives from problem discovery and design through to implementation and rollout.
