Requirements
- 7 - 8 Years of strong coding skills in Python or NodeJS for high-availability API development
- Experience designing and operating data systems and pipelines at scale
- Familiarity with orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL
- Experience with Git, JIRA, and CI/CD platforms
- Proven experience designing and evolving external-facing APIs, including versioning, pagination, and deprecation strategies
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain APIs and services that support the Find Care platform
- Contribute to API evolution efforts to reduce redundancy, optimize payload size, and improve usability
- Help evolve data pipelines and transformation workflows that support API and flat file delivery
- Define and implement scalable integration patterns for internal and external data exchange
- Drive system performance and scalability improvements as data volume and product complexity grow
- Troubleshoot complex system and data issues while establishing best practices across reliability, observability, and testing
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance with governance and regulatory standards
- Leverage AI-first development practices to improve speed and quality of engineering output
