Requirements
- Degree in Science, Respiratory Therapy, Business, Management, Marketing or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience selling medical devices directly to hospitals.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
- Ability to develop accurate forecasts and execute tactical sales plans.
- Experience with 'concept selling' process is a plus.
- Must be able to maintain residence in the Greater Dallas or Fort Worth area.
- Ability to travel overnight 50% - 65% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Sell capital and disposable medical products.
- Build and manage a sales pipeline through qualified leads, referrals, and outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong customer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process including sales proposals, RFPs, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM.
- Provide in-service education, training, and technical support to customers.
- Provide feedback on market conditions and support industry trade shows.
