Requirements

  • Degree in Science, Respiratory Therapy, Business, Management, Marketing or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience selling medical devices directly to hospitals.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Ability to develop accurate forecasts and execute tactical sales plans.
  • Experience with 'concept selling' process is a plus.
  • Must be able to maintain residence in the Greater Dallas or Fort Worth area.
  • Ability to travel overnight 50% - 65% of the time.

Responsibilities

  • Sell capital and disposable medical products.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline through qualified leads, referrals, and outreach.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer and Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process including sales proposals, RFPs, and presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM.
  • Provide in-service education, training, and technical support to customers.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions and support industry trade shows.
