Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience.
- Active US CPA.
- Hands-on accounting experience in a professional services or technology consulting business.
- Demonstrated experience consolidating multiple legal entities, including intercompany transactions and multi-currency reporting.
- Deep command of US GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls.
- Proven track record managing external audits and coordinating tax compliance across entities.
- Experience managing accounting staff and directing third-party providers or outsourced accounting partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to make finance accessible to non-finance stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end monthly close across the US parent and international subsidiaries (Uruguay, Argentina, Mexico, and Nepal).
- Design and operate scalable internal controls across sales-to-cash and procure-to-pay cycles.
- Maintain intercompany billing, financing, and cost-allocation flows in line with a transfer pricing framework.
- Manage external audits, tax filings, and statutory compliance across entities in partnership with third-party providers.
- Support cash flow reporting, FX exposure, and working capital management.
- Lead long-term business planning, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts.
- Manage and develop the accounting team and direct third-party accounting partners.
