Active CPA license.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with global payment platforms and mid-market ERPs.
Understanding of international finance and research skills for foreign tax landscapes.
Experience with international consolidation (multi-entity, multi-currency) preferred.
Familiarity with software like Rippling, Carta, Ramp, and Quickbooks preferred.
Big 4 accounting background is a significant plus.
Experience navigating a successful Series B or C fundraise for a software company preferred.

Own day-to-day accounting, including accounting for foreign subsidiaries, multi-currency consolidation, and local tax compliance.
Partner with People Ops to ensure seamless payroll execution for international contractors and EOR employees.
Own and accelerate the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing process, ensuring GAAP-compliant financial statements.
Prepare and present monthly flash reports and board-level financial packages that highlight key KPIs, burn rate, and runway.
Lead the company through preparing for its first external audit.
Manage all domestic and international tax filings and collaborate with third-party tax advisors.
Evaluate and manage ERP and other financial systems.
Design and implement robust internal controls to mitigate risk.
Streamline AP/AR, payroll, and expense management through automation tools.
Monitor daily cash balances and optimize treasury management.
Work closely with Department Heads to monitor budget vs. actuals.
