Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product design, interaction design, product strategy, or a closely related field.
  • Deep expertise in designing complex B2B/enterprise workflows and systems.
  • Extremely comfortable designing with modern AI-augmented design and prototyping tools.
  • Strong client-facing, interviewing, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead meetings, influence stakeholders, and push back when needed.
  • Solid understanding of strategy, UX design, and human-computer interaction.
  • Some front-end engineering capabilities.
  • Exceptional English proficiency, both written and oral.
  • Bonus: Experience in healthcare or highly regulated industries.
  • Bonus: Comfortable with non-visual AI environments like Claude Code or Cursor.
  • Bonus: Experience designing conversational AI interfaces.
  • Bonus: Proficiency with Figma alongside AI prototyping tools.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior product strategist on complex B2B/enterprise engagements, driving product direction and design strategy.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to derive product requirements and test strategies.
  • Rapidly build and iterate on prototypes using AI-powered tools.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure AI-generated prototypes and front-end code meet design and accessibility standards.
  • Deliver product strategy artifacts including user flows, ecomaps, prototypes, and wireframes.
  • Present strategic recommendations to C-level stakeholders and domain experts.
  • Design interfaces for conversational AI and data-heavy software tools.
  • Mentor other designers, product managers, and front-end engineers.
  • Contribute to internal knowledge management and design systems.
  • Participate in sales cycles and build client relationships.
