Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building scalable fullstack applications.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, Express, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
- Experience working with AI/LLM tools such as Make, n8n, AWS Bedrock, or SageMaker.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects end-to-end.
- Strong startup mindset with a focus on ownership, adaptability, and product sense.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Background in mobile app development is a plus.
- Exposure to AI-driven video or content analysis is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Ship new product features and improve core systems in React and Node.js.
- Design and scale AI-driven workflows, including automated video validation, content categorization, and brand-creator matchmaking.
- Set engineering standards, improve development processes, and select appropriate technical tools.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design teams on high-impact projects.
- Participate in and lead code reviews to ensure architecture, security, and performance best practices.
- Mentor teammates, support onboarding, and foster a strong engineering culture.
- Take ownership of projects end-to-end, from ideation to delivery.
