Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in payroll operations management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Extensive experience with payroll systems, specifically ADP Workforce Now.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. multi-state payroll rules and regulations.
- Expertise in payroll tax laws and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle conflicting priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day payroll functions for 4000+ employees across 220+ practices in ADP Workforce Now.
- Partner with HR, Accounting, and Operations teams to ensure seamless payroll integration.
- Resolve complex payroll issues and discrepancies within 48 business hours.
- Monitor U.S. payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements to ensure accurate filings.
- Manage relationships with external payroll and tax vendors.
- Participate in the analysis and implementation of new payroll systems and procedures.
