Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant quality assurance experience
- Manual testing exposure for web and mobile applications
- Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) for mobile and web
- Working experience in an agile environment
- Ability to work autonomously with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Automation experience (nice to have, but at least not afraid of coding)
Responsibilities
- Deliver Quality Assurance assessments and periodic checks on company web and mobile applications
- Plan, develop, implement, and manage QA tasks within the software development cycle
- Participate in requirements reviews and document detailed test cases
- Report defects and issues with detailed steps to reproduce
- Support production issue investigation to identify root causes
- Prepare regression reports, bug reports, and test references
- Provide feedback and collaborate on improvement strategies
- Work with the QA lead to ensure comprehensive test coverage
