Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Required).
- 3+ years as a clinical laboratory scientist OR 3 years relevant laboratory experience.
- 2 years clinical trials experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Ability to lead and positively motivate others.
- Generalist laboratory experience.
- MT (ASCP) Certification (Preferred).
Responsibilities
- Investigate testing requirements within clinical trial protocols to identify required testing and nuances for proposals.
- Review and prepare pricing documents, noting and correcting any discrepancies.
- Maintain relationships with referral laboratories and coordinate testing methods.
- Compile client RFP and RFI responses by providing scientific and technical information.
- Channel information between Laboratory Operations and Sales departments.
- Alert leadership to issues during the study life cycle and assist with root cause analysis.
- Liaise with internal and external partners, participating in client teleconferences.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for clients and team members.
- Provide training and guidance to new team members.
- Assist in developing and maintaining department templates and tools.
