Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Required).
  • 3+ years as a clinical laboratory scientist OR 3 years relevant laboratory experience.
  • 2 years clinical trials experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
  • Ability to lead and positively motivate others.
  • Generalist laboratory experience.
  • MT (ASCP) Certification (Preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Investigate testing requirements within clinical trial protocols to identify required testing and nuances for proposals.
  • Review and prepare pricing documents, noting and correcting any discrepancies.
  • Maintain relationships with referral laboratories and coordinate testing methods.
  • Compile client RFP and RFI responses by providing scientific and technical information.
  • Channel information between Laboratory Operations and Sales departments.
  • Alert leadership to issues during the study life cycle and assist with root cause analysis.
  • Liaise with internal and external partners, participating in client teleconferences.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for clients and team members.
  • Provide training and guidance to new team members.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining department templates and tools.
