Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
- 4-year university degree or Nursing Degree.
- Experience in CNS/Neurology.
- Experience in Rare Disease.
- Reside on the West Coast.
- Willingness to travel regionally.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
- Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work with little or no supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage site research activities across all clinical study stages.
- Perform site identification and study start-up activities.
- Collect regulatory documents and support contract and budget negotiations.
- Train sites on data collection, safety reporting, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
- Monitor site performance and compliance during study maintenance.
- Close out research activities at sites upon study conclusion.
