Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
  • 4-year university degree or Nursing Degree.
  • Experience in CNS/Neurology.
  • Experience in Rare Disease.
  • Reside on the West Coast.
  • Willingness to travel regionally.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
  • Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage site research activities across all clinical study stages.
  • Perform site identification and study start-up activities.
  • Collect regulatory documents and support contract and budget negotiations.
  • Train sites on data collection, safety reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
  • Monitor site performance and compliance during study maintenance.
  • Close out research activities at sites upon study conclusion.
