Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience leading operations, with a strong command of logistics, vendors, and live-event execution.
- Experience working with complex data sets.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Power BI.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Ability to travel 3-5 times a year to College Board offices or for business, including multi-week stays during peak periods.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during onsite events.
- Comfort learning and applying new AI-driven solutions and digital tools.
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving and data-informed decision-making capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Own execution of AP Reading operations for an assigned portfolio of AP subjects.
- Monitor real-time operational performance, including Reader productivity, coverage, and completion pacing.
- Manage real-time assignment and rebalancing of Readers across exam prompts.
- Lead onsite session logistics, including room setup, workstation readiness, and vendor coordination.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for issue resolution across onsite and remote environments.
- Direct the work of 1–2 Value Chain Analysts to support session operational needs.
- Capture operational insights to improve staffing models and logistics in future cycles.
