Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in banking, PE, VC, or Ops/Strategy/Strategic Finance at a startup.
- Expertise in Excel.
- Familiarity with data visualization and AI tools.
- Ability to build financial models from scratch and demonstrate a robust understanding of financial statements.
- Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
- Strong analytical skills with impeccable attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal guidance.
- Experience in SaaS or digital healthcare is a plus.
- Pricing and packaging experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Vice President of Strategic Finance & Corporate Development on company-wide initiatives.
- Perform strategic and financial analyses to guide decisions on pricing, product, and cost structures.
- Collaborate with organizational leaders to define visions for efficient scaling and profitability.
- Support business stakeholders with financially sound decision-making regarding vendors and new products.
- Identify and manage ad-hoc projects to support business objectives.
