Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience managing Shopify store operations.
- Hands-on experience with order management, fulfillment, and customer service.
- Strong understanding of Shopify apps, backend systems, and troubleshooting workflows.
- Proven ability to build and document SOPs.
- Highly detail-oriented with the ability to identify and resolve inconsistencies.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage tasks independently.
- Experience implementing automations or workflow improvements.
- Familiarity with customer service platforms like Gorgias.
- Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities
- Own Shopify store performance, accuracy, and clarity from end to end.
- Respond to customer inquiries and process order updates, refunds, and cancellations.
- Monitor order flow, resolve inventory discrepancies, and coordinate with fulfillment teams.
- Audit the website regularly for broken links, pricing accuracy, and messaging consistency.
- Build and document SOPs for all recurring operational workflows.
- Implement automations using tools like Shopify Flow and AI to reduce manual workload.
- Track key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and support ticket rates to inform decision-making.
- Maintain compliance across ADA, privacy policies, and tracking regulations.
