Requirements

  • 2 to 5 years of experience managing Shopify store operations.
  • Hands-on experience with order management, fulfillment, and customer service.
  • Strong understanding of Shopify apps, backend systems, and troubleshooting workflows.
  • Proven ability to build and document SOPs.
  • Highly detail-oriented with the ability to identify and resolve inconsistencies.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage tasks independently.
  • Experience implementing automations or workflow improvements.
  • Familiarity with customer service platforms like Gorgias.
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own Shopify store performance, accuracy, and clarity from end to end.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and process order updates, refunds, and cancellations.
  • Monitor order flow, resolve inventory discrepancies, and coordinate with fulfillment teams.
  • Audit the website regularly for broken links, pricing accuracy, and messaging consistency.
  • Build and document SOPs for all recurring operational workflows.
  • Implement automations using tools like Shopify Flow and AI to reduce manual workload.
  • Track key metrics such as CAC, LTV, and support ticket rates to inform decision-making.
  • Maintain compliance across ADA, privacy policies, and tracking regulations.
