Job Details

8+ years of product management experience, focusing on platforms, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
Background in engineering, computer science, or equivalent hands-on experience with complex software systems.
Strong understanding of AI-powered and distributed systems, including LLM agents, retrieval, and tool calling.
Demonstrated experience defining and scaling platform contracts, APIs, and versioning strategies.
Ability to introduce governance, quality controls, and observability in AI systems.
Experience operating in enterprise, multi-tenant environments with security and compliance constraints.
Strong instincts for developer experience, tooling, and reducing fragmentation.
Track record of balancing latency, cost, and reliability in distributed systems.
Exceptional communication and influence skills for aligning technical and GTM stakeholders.
Desirable: Experience with agentic AI frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, or ReAct.

Drive the end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for Invoca’s AI Platform.
Establish how AI agents execute in production, including orchestration and context handling.
Architect clear, durable platform contracts like APIs and configuration schemas.
Partner with AI engineering and data teams to translate agentic patterns into reliable systems.
Drive platform standardization through SDKs and shared components to accelerate internal adoption.
Define and enforce quality, safety, and governance mechanisms, including RBAC and auditability.
Shape the developer experience for building, testing, and operating AI agents.
Evaluate build vs. buy decisions for foundational AI infrastructure.
