Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in brand or integrated marketing, ideally within a DTC or consumer brand.
  • Proven track record of end-to-end campaign authorship from brief to integrated rollout.
  • Hands-on experience sourcing, negotiating, and launching brand collaborations.
  • Strong creative instincts with experience collaborating with creative teams on campaign concepting.
  • Proven track record running organic social (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest) as a growth channel.
  • Meaningful budget ownership experience with a focus on connecting spend to outcomes.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with experience maintaining brand voice consistency.
  • People management experience with a focus on team development and building systems.
  • Experience with brand health measurement, such as awareness surveys and share of voice tracking.
  • Active use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Copilot) to accelerate work and identify automation opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

  • Set the brand's point of view and translate it into a seasonal campaign calendar that moves a bride from discovery to trust.
  • Build and own a pipeline of brand collaborations and co-branded programs to amplify campaigns.
  • Lead organic social and creator programs as growth and acquisition channels.
  • Define and evolve the brand voice across every customer surface to ensure consistency.
  • Develop the brand's presence in editorial, earned coverage, and physical activations.
  • Manage the brand and social budget and lead a team across social, influencer, and campaign support.
