Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in brand or integrated marketing, ideally within a DTC or consumer brand.
- Proven track record of end-to-end campaign authorship from brief to integrated rollout.
- Hands-on experience sourcing, negotiating, and launching brand collaborations.
- Strong creative instincts with experience collaborating with creative teams on campaign concepting.
- Proven track record running organic social (TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest) as a growth channel.
- Meaningful budget ownership experience with a focus on connecting spend to outcomes.
- Strong writing and editing skills with experience maintaining brand voice consistency.
- People management experience with a focus on team development and building systems.
- Experience with brand health measurement, such as awareness surveys and share of voice tracking.
- Active use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Copilot) to accelerate work and identify automation opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree.
Responsibilities
- Set the brand's point of view and translate it into a seasonal campaign calendar that moves a bride from discovery to trust.
- Build and own a pipeline of brand collaborations and co-branded programs to amplify campaigns.
- Lead organic social and creator programs as growth and acquisition channels.
- Define and evolve the brand voice across every customer surface to ensure consistency.
- Develop the brand's presence in editorial, earned coverage, and physical activations.
- Manage the brand and social budget and lead a team across social, influencer, and campaign support.
