Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7-10 years of marketing experience, specifically in higher education, EdTech, or B2B2C business models.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience building cross-functional and senior-level relationships and influencing stakeholders.
  • Experience managing direct reports preferred.
  • Experience reviewing client-facing marketing content.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
  • Must reside in the continental US in close proximity to a major airport.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace for camera-on meetings.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary client-facing marketing lead for a portfolio of academic programs.
  • Oversee traditional and innovative marketing campaigns, monitoring data insights and market trends.
  • Ensure brand alignment and create compliant interactions with university partner brands.
  • Review performance dashboards to optimize marketing strategies and business objectives.
  • Synthesize insights into executive-level presentations and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with General Managers, Enrollment Directors, and internal teams across Creative, Demand Gen, and Analytics.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve operational efficiency and scale.
