Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 7-10 years of marketing experience, specifically in higher education, EdTech, or B2B2C business models.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Experience building cross-functional and senior-level relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Experience managing direct reports preferred.
- Experience reviewing client-facing marketing content.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets).
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Must reside in the continental US in close proximity to a major airport.
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet workspace for camera-on meetings.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client-facing marketing lead for a portfolio of academic programs.
- Oversee traditional and innovative marketing campaigns, monitoring data insights and market trends.
- Ensure brand alignment and create compliant interactions with university partner brands.
- Review performance dashboards to optimize marketing strategies and business objectives.
- Synthesize insights into executive-level presentations and recommendations.
- Collaborate with General Managers, Enrollment Directors, and internal teams across Creative, Demand Gen, and Analytics.
- Leverage AI tools to improve operational efficiency and scale.
