  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, social platforms, and influencer programs.
  • Creative-first mindset focused on brand equity, community, and storytelling.
  • Strong eye for trends, aesthetics, and cultural relevance.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage marketing calendars.
  • Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and with external agencies.
  • Experience using Asana for campaign management.
  • Adaptable and resourceful with the ability to pivot priorities quickly.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee, coordinate, and produce all marketing campaigns across influencer and social channels.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with brand vision and growth objectives.
  • Partner with the Art Director to lead creative direction and content production for social assets.
  • Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing and social team.
  • Manage Social and Influencer budgets to maximize ROI and campaign impact.
  • Manage launch plans and social marketing calendars in Asana.
  • Develop and execute social media strategy to drive growth and community engagement.
  • Collaborate with Creative, E-commerce, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
