- Creative-first mindset focused on brand equity, community, and storytelling.
- Strong eye for trends, aesthetics, and cultural relevance.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to manage marketing calendars.
- Experience managing budgets and allocating resources effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams and with external agencies.
- Experience using Asana for campaign management.
- Adaptable and resourceful with the ability to pivot priorities quickly.
Responsibilities
- Oversee, coordinate, and produce all marketing campaigns across influencer and social channels.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies that align with brand vision and growth objectives.
- Partner with the Art Director to lead creative direction and content production for social assets.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing and social team.
- Manage Social and Influencer budgets to maximize ROI and campaign impact.
- Manage launch plans and social marketing calendars in Asana.
- Develop and execute social media strategy to drive growth and community engagement.
- Collaborate with Creative, E-commerce, and external agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
