Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in web application development with strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Solid experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React (or similar) and component-based architecture.
- Strong understanding of real-time communication systems, ideally including WebRTC, SIP, or related technologies.
- Experience working with real-time notifications, networking behavior, and event-driven web applications.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks including unit, integration, and UI testing practices.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills in complex web environments.
- Good understanding of UX principles with the ability to translate complex problems into simple user experiences.
- Strong ownership mindset with experience delivering features end-to-end in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality web applications focused on real-time voice, messaging, and communication features at scale.
- Build and optimize frontend systems using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks such as React, ensuring performance and maintainability.
- Implement and support real-time communication capabilities including chat, notifications, and voice/video integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering to define, build, and deliver new features end to end.
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues, bugs, and system instability to ensure a smooth user experience across devices.
- Optimize application performance with a focus on latency, bandwidth efficiency, and real-time responsiveness.
- Contribute to experimentation and data-driven decision-making to continuously improve product experience and engagement.
- Own features from concept through deployment, ensuring high-quality delivery to millions of users.
