Job Details

4+ years of experience designing and building complex, production-grade client-side web applications.
Advanced production experience with TypeScript, React, and Next.js.
Experience with CSS frameworks and component libraries.
Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions) and automation tools.
Experience with web performance optimization and technical SEO.
Experience with headless CMS and frontend architecture.
Ability to set technical project vision and contribute to team roadmaps.
Proven ability to make sound, independent technical decisions in fast-moving environments.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Commitment to learning and applying AI best practices in daily work.

Partner with cross-functional teams to balance product requirements, customer value, and technical needs.
Lead the technical design and implementation of features, platform improvements, and large-scale migrations across the marketing website.
Own end-to-end delivery of medium-to-large projects from scoping through to production.
Document technical decisions and architectural designs.
Write reliable, quality code with a focus on durability.
Foster team culture through shared ownership, continuous improvement, and constructive feedback.
Mentor, coach, and review code for junior and intermediate developers.
