Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 8+ years of progressive experience building UI for large-scale enterprise applications.
- 5+ years of experience with React, HTML5, Typescript, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and CSS.
- 3+ years of experience building modular API-based microservices using Java (8, 21, or later), Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
- Experience developing modular, test first, mobile first, reusable components with React.
- Experience migrating legacy Angular web applications to React.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design (OOD) principles and secure, scalable coding practices.
- 4+ years of experience working within the Agile software development lifecycle.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder engagement.
- 2+ years of experience supporting Federal IT projects.
Responsibilities
- Work as a Full-Stack React developer with a team of 5–9 full-stack developers.
- Analyze complex business and technical challenges to develop scalable, user-centered solutions.
- Define and communicate solution visions, technical roadmaps, and implementation strategies.
- Design and document modern application architectures including web applications, microservices, and APIs.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Perform end-to-end business process analysis to identify modernization opportunities.
- Identify root causes for production and operational issues using monitoring tools.
- Collaborate across teams to deliver product features and reusable solutions using Agile approaches.
- Champion modern software engineering practices and code quality standards.
- Represent engineering teams in client engagements, technical demonstrations, and design reviews.
