Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantitative Methods, Statistics, Econometrics, or related field.
- 5 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist, Operations Research Analyst, or similar position leading a team.
- 5 years of experience implementing data science solutions and creating data pipelines.
- 5 years of experience designing and developing machine learning models for structured and unstructured data.
- 5 years of experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to define technical scopes and deliver insights.
- 5 years of experience using Python, SQL, Spark, PyTorch, Pandas, and PySpark.
- 5 years of experience developing visualization dashboards using Tableau.
- 5 years of experience establishing scalable data product development processes and code standards.
- 5 years of experience leading the full lifecycle of machine learning models.
- 5 years of experience in team coaching, recruitment, and organizational evangelism.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operations, finance, marketing, and engineering to scope and execute data science projects.
- Develop statistical and machine learning models to solve business problems and analyze complex data relationships.
- Partner with the data engineering lead to ensure high-quality data ingestion and service delivery.
- Build, recruit, and coach a high-performing data science team.
- Own the development of data visualizations and dashboards to drive actionable insights.
- Establish playbooks to drive consistent outcomes in data product development.
- Lead the full model development lifecycle from problem discovery to deployment and monitoring.
- Evangelize data science and promote a data-driven culture across the company.
