Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on social content production experience.
- Demonstrated expertise creating high-performing content for TikTok, Instagram, and other short-form platforms.
- Proven experience filming and editing mobile-first video content.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools.
- Native-level fluency in German (written and spoken) with the ability to craft nuanced, platform-native copy.
- Strong English writing and editorial skills.
- Solid portfolio showcasing social content with measurable engagement growth.
- Deep knowledge of the German digital landscape, including creators, memes, and current cultural trends.
- Passion for Mozilla’s mission regarding internet privacy and user control.
Responsibilities
- Ideate, script, film, and edit high-performing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Threads.
- Translate and adapt global content for the German market to ensure local relevance.
- Monitor cultural trends and identify timely opportunities for brand engagement.
- Own real-time community management for @firefox_de, including monitoring and responding to user conversations.
- Build and champion relationships with German content creators to authentically tell the Firefox story.
- Review and provide editorial feedback on German-language creator and UGC content.
