Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing client experience and service operations.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring coaching personnel.
  • Ability to develop and implement training and quality assurance systems.
  • Proficiency in managing cross-functional initiatives and product roadmaps.
  • Experience in data-driven performance management and reporting (e.g., NPS tracking).
  • Expertise in community management and high-touch client relations.
  • Strong organizational skills for scheduling and resource management.
  • Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Calendly.
  • Experience managing customer service workflows and ticketing/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and quality-control 1:1 coaching sessions and oversee coaching schedules via Calendly.
  • Lead and optimize all mastermind sessions for Love Accelerator and Lux programs.
  • Drive community engagement strategies to maintain high-quality interactions in client communities.
  • Own the client feedback loop, including monitoring surveys, reporting on sentiment, and executing improvement plans.
  • Integrate and manage customer service systems, personnel, and escalated client inquiries.
  • Partner on product roadmap development and translate strategies into executable initiatives.
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop Executive Love Coaches through training and certification programs.
  • Manage client receivables for Lux and Love Accelerator programs.
