Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within a procurement agency or design studio.
- Advanced/fluent proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- Experience in establishing and executing new processes.
- Experience preparing O&M Manuals for Hospitality projects.
- Ability to manage FF&E/Fit Out budgets and cost planning.
- Proficiency in tendering, market research, and contract/purchase order management.
- Experience dealing with global projects and suppliers.
- Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Supply Chain is preferred.
- Project Management degree (Master’s or equivalent) is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Senior FF&E Procurement Manager, Architects, and Designers to align on project timelines, budgets, and deadlines.
- Compile procurement budgets and coordinate all necessary documentation to ensure standards are met.
- Manage the purchasing schedule and liaise with management to ensure project milestones are reached.
- Partner with the Finance team to raise funding requests, generate purchase orders, and process payments.
- Liaise with global suppliers to obtain quotes, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of items within budget.
- Coordinate FF&E logistics, installation, and quality control with internal teams and contractors.
- Conduct supplier reviews and maintain a list of approved vendors.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and provide updates for weekly procurement reviews.
