- Experience recruiting for behavioral health, mental health, or substance use treatment roles is a strong plus
- Strong sourcing skills — you know how to find people who aren't looking
- Proficiency with ATS and HCM systems
- Consultative communication style with a track record of building trust with hiring managers
- Ability to juggle multiple searches, reprioritize quickly, and follow through consistently
- Bachelor's degree required
Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle recruitment for a range of clinical and operational positions aligned with Kolmac's mission
- Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers — conducting intake calls, advising on candidate assessment, and keeping searches on track
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for evergreen roles through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building
- Conduct targeted sourcing and resume mining to surface both active and passive candidates
- Verify that candidates hold required licenses and credentials before advancing
- Negotiate and extend offers; communicate accepted terms and start dates to HR and hiring managers
- Advise on sourcing and compensation strategy for difficult-to-fill openings
- Flag and report internal referral eligibility for candidate selections
