Requirements

  • Mastery of English at C2 level.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role, preferably as a Chief People Officer or similar.
  • Strong understanding of remote work dynamics and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, EEO regulations, and industry-specific compliance.
  • Experience with candidate assessment tools and selection methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to use recruitment analytics and metrics.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage candidates through proactive sourcing across multiple channels.
  • Build and maintain a diverse pipeline of candidates for current and future needs.
  • Conduct structured, behavioral, and competency-based interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers on workforce planning and recruitment strategy.
  • Negotiate offers and employment terms while maintaining budget standards.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process using ATS and HRIS platforms.
