- Develops a treatment alliance with patients that is mutual, collaborative, and individualized
- Facilitates addiction treatment groups in the IOP level of care
- Prepares and presents addiction/recovery education presentations to all patients
- Engages in case management and individual sessions
- Coordinates care for all appropriate support services
- Maintains timely and well written documentation that meets state and CARF standards
- Provide evaluations for substance use disorders using DSM-V and ASAM level of care criteria
