- Provide individual and group psychotherapy for adults
- Develop and maintain person-centered, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and level-of-care determinations
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment approaches, and symptom management
- Design and deliver engaging process, psychoeducational and skills groups
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow therapists
- Participate in treatment team meetings, case consultations, and discharge planning
- Provide case management services including coordinated care with families, referral sources, and external providers
- Demonstrate commitment to excellent patient care through clinical outcomes
- Provide crisis support through a shared on-call rotation
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and timely
