Job Details

Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience working in the SUD field.

Requirements

ADT, CSC-AD, or CAC-AD licensure in Maryland
Minimum 2 years experience working in the SUD field
Experience with Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Experience working with an electronic medical record
Strong clinical, verbal, and writing skills
Knowledgeable in recovery modalities such as SMART Recovery, 12-Step, and Harm Reduction
If in recovery, minimum of 3 years of continuous sobriety required

Responsibilities

Develops a treatment alliance with patients that is mutual, collaborative, and individualized
Facilitates addiction treatment groups in the IOP level of care
Prepares and presents addiction/recovery education presentations to all patients
Engages in case management and individual sessions
Coordinates care for all appropriate support services
Maintains timely and well written documentation that meets state and CARF standards
Provide evaluations for substance use disorders using DSM-V and ASAM level of care criteria
