- Experience
- 1+ years of experience working with children or families with developmental differences
Requirements
- Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
- Current unrestricted license to practice independently as a Clinical Social Worker, Professional Clinical Counselor, or MFT in Arizona.
- Licensed within the state of practice for at least 1 year.
- 1+ years experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
- Knowledge of empirically supported psychotherapy treatment approaches.
- Ability to obtain Mental Health Provider licensure in additional states where Cortica operates within 60 days of hire.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children through telehealth.
- Utilize empirically supported therapeutic approaches such as Narrative Therapy, CBT, Play Therapy, and Solution Focused Collaborative Therapy.
- Attend to relational ethics while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.
- Engage team members to ensure wraparound support for the family.
- Participate in family care meetings with other providers.
