Requirements
- 7+ years of progressive sales experience in software, payments, or financial services.
- Proven success in new client acquisition and managing sales teams to quota attainment.
- Deep understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and complex deal structures.
- Strong leadership experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and forecasting.
- Demonstrated experience driving sales accountability and pipeline discipline.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and performance management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute regional sales strategy to achieve revenue growth, new client acquisition, and market expansion.
- Own regional sales performance, including pipeline development, forecasting, and quota attainment.
- Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team through performance management.
- Drive new business development by supporting strategic opportunities and client engagements.
- Oversee Salesforce CRM to ensure accurate pipeline management, reporting, and data integrity.
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Finance teams.
