Requirements
- Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) in a remote environment.
- Master of Science in Nursing with a Psychiatric/Mental Health emphasis from an accredited program.
- Must hold an active PMHNP license.
- Minimum of 9 months tenure at Charlie Health (12 months preferred).
- Currently working at least 30 hours FTE per week (40 hours preferred).
- Experience treating a wide range of ages, including children, teens, young adults, and older adults.
- Prior management experience is preferred.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR).
- Strong computer and internet skills, including Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Commitment to high-quality, cost-effective behavioral healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct clinical care for 21 hours per week with 23 hours available for bookings.
- Recruit, hire, and train a team of PMHNPs.
- Conduct weekly 1:1 supervision sessions with direct reports to review cases and impact markers.
- Attend weekly Psychiatry Leadership meetings and inter-departmental treatment team meetings.
- Initiate and oversee clinical policies and procedures for PMHNPs.
