Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in UX or Product Design.
- Scale-up or startup experience within a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience leading a small product design squad or major product launch.
- In-depth knowledge of Product Design methodologies, specifically Design Thinking.
- Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma.
- Experience with user testing and research methodologies.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, agile environment.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using tools like Looker, Heap, Google Analytics, or Hotjar.
- Strong ability to simplify complex objectives and work cross-functionally with Engineering and Product Management.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize product roadmap initiatives to maximize customer value.
- De-risk initiatives by collaborating with research, product, and engineering teams.
- Define success metrics and monitor impact for strategic product initiatives.
- Drive the implementation of validated, incremental design outcomes.
- Lead and mentor a global team of product designers, supporting career development.
- Champion design practices and user-centric thinking across internal stakeholders.
