Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (major in chemical engineering, polymer engineering, business, or related field preferred).
- 7+ years of applicable polymer and/or technical sales, distribution, or related experience.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Willingness to travel across Europe (up to 60%) for client meetings and events.
- Strong relationship management and commercial acumen.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Responsibilities
- Drive profitable revenue growth through strategic new business development and expansion of existing accounts.
- Deliver gross margin performance in line with company targets.
- Execute a disciplined, customer-centric sales approach using tools like scorecards, business reviews, and funnel management.
- Maintain and grow key accounts by assessing customer needs and market opportunities.
- Conduct proactive prospecting, including cold calling, to expand market presence.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to meet margin objectives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams.
