Requirements
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments.
- Experience with The Lake Companies products (Doc-Trak, Shop-Trak, Fact-Trak).
- Proven experience owning or significantly contributing to a QA testing library or automated test framework.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate support ticket data into quality improvements.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to run cross-functional meetings and present data.
- Experience with TestComplete or Playwright is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Hold the go/no-go gate for every release, enforcing standards for data integrity, security, and core workflows.
- Manage escaped defect metrics and implement strategies to reduce customer-reported defects.
- Maintain the Quality Dashboard and lead the monthly Quality Council with leadership and product stakeholders.
- Define and enforce the 'Definition of Done' across all product lines in collaboration with the Scrum Master.
- Participate in design and requirements reviews to identify potential quality issues early (Shift-Left).
- Oversee the QA testing library, defining testing depth and standards.
- Coordinate the end-to-end release process, including schedules, checklists, and UAT.
- Triage and prioritize defects for service packs and hotfixes with the Product Manager.
